Welcome

This dashboard brings together assessment data from across AIS Indonesia Primary — including PAT (Progressive Achievement Tests), Westwood 1 Minute Number Facts, DIBELS (Dynamic Indicators of Basic Early Literacy Skills), and InitiaLit (MultiLit literacy screening for Foundation–Year 2).

All four data sources are linked to a unified student roster, so you can see each student's full assessment picture in one place.

Quick Start

  • Students — Search for any student to view their unified profile, including demographics and results from all assessment sources.
  • PAT — Progressive Achievement Test results with year-level overviews, individual student progress charts, and subject comparisons across Reading, Maths, and Grammar & Punctuation.
  • 1 Min — Westwood One Minute Basic Number Facts results. View scores for Addition, Subtraction, Multiplication, and Division by year level and semester.
  • DIBELS — Dynamic Indicators of Basic Early Literacy Skills. View Composite, Maze, and Oral Reading Fluency scores with benchmark (RAG) indicators for Years 3–6.
  • InitiaLit — MultiLit literacy class record for Foundation, Year 1, and Year 2. Component scores colour-coded green/amber/red per the MultiLit benchmark thresholds (Green ≥80%, Amber 60–79%, Red <60%).
  • Manage — Mark students as left or archived, and use the Data Matching tab to link student records across PAT, 1 Min, and DIBELS data sources.

Seeing unexpected data? Check your filters first! A common issue is having a filter set from a previous view.

PAT Growth Flags

Growth measures how much a student's PAT score changed between test windows.

Strong Significant positive growth — well above average
Expected Normal, healthy growth — on track
Minimal Below-average growth — progressing slowly
Regression Score went down — may need follow-up
A regression flag doesn't always mean a problem. The student may have been unwell, disengaged from the adaptive test, or had a bad testing day. Always check with the classroom teacher.

1 Min Benchmark Colours

Below Score is below what is expected for this age group
Within Score is within the normal expected range
Above Score is above the expected range

Common Questions

How do I see just my year level's data?

Use the Year Level dropdown filter at the top of any page and select your year.

Why does a student show no growth?

Growth requires at least two test windows of data. Students tested only once have no growth yet.

A student's score dropped — should I be worried?

Not necessarily. Large drops can happen if the student was unwell, rushed, or disengaged from the adaptive test. Check with the student and classroom teacher.

I can't find a student I know is enrolled

They may be archived. Contact Sinead to check the Manage page.

Why is there no Science data for Year 1 and 2?

PAT Science is only administered to Years 3–6. This is part of the ACER test design.

What does "1 Min" mean?

The Westwood 1 Minute Number Facts test. Students answer as many number facts as they can in 60 seconds.

Can I download or print data?

This feature is coming soon. For now, contact Sinead if you need data for reporting.

The charts aren't showing

Try a hard refresh: Ctrl+Shift+R (Windows) or Cmd+Shift+R (Mac). Check your internet connection.

Who do I contact for help?

Sinead Smith — Assessment Coordinator (data questions, student records).
Dieter — Technical issues.
