Welcome
This dashboard brings together assessment data from across AIS Indonesia Primary — including PAT (Progressive Achievement Tests), Westwood 1 Minute Number Facts, DIBELS (Dynamic Indicators of Basic Early Literacy Skills), and InitiaLit (MultiLit literacy screening for Foundation–Year 2).
All four data sources are linked to a unified student roster, so you can see each student's full assessment picture in one place.
Quick Start
- Students — Search for any student to view their unified profile, including demographics and results from all assessment sources.
- PAT — Progressive Achievement Test results with year-level overviews, individual student progress charts, and subject comparisons across Reading, Maths, and Grammar & Punctuation.
- 1 Min — Westwood One Minute Basic Number Facts results. View scores for Addition, Subtraction, Multiplication, and Division by year level and semester.
- DIBELS — Dynamic Indicators of Basic Early Literacy Skills. View Composite, Maze, and Oral Reading Fluency scores with benchmark (RAG) indicators for Years 3–6.
- MultiLit — MultiLit literacy records for Foundation–Year 6. InitiaLit (F/Y1/Y2) component scores colour-coded green/amber/red per MultiLit benchmark thresholds. MacqLit (Y3–Y6) WCPM progress tracking.
- Manage — Mark students as left or archived, and use the Data Matching tab to link student records across PAT, 1 Min, and DIBELS data sources.

Common Questions
How do I see just my year level's data?
Use the Year Level dropdown filter at the top of any page and select your year.
Why does a student show no growth?
Growth requires at least two test windows of data. Students tested only once have no growth yet.
A student's score dropped — should I be worried?
Not necessarily. Large drops can happen if the student was unwell, rushed, or disengaged from the adaptive test. Check with the student and classroom teacher.
I can't find a student I know is enrolled
They may be archived. Contact Sinead to check the Manage page.
Why is there no Science data for Year 1 and 2?
PAT Science is only administered to Years 3–6. This is part of the ACER test design.
What does "1 Min" mean?
The Westwood 1 Minute Number Facts test. Students answer as many number facts as they can in 60 seconds.
Can I download or print data?
This feature is coming soon. For now, contact Sinead if you need data for reporting.
The charts aren't showing
Try a hard refresh: Ctrl+Shift+R (Windows) or Cmd+Shift+R (Mac). Check your internet connection.
Who do I contact for help?
Sinead Smith — Assessment Coordinator (data questions, student records).
Dieter — Technical issues.

AIS EduTrack — Product Scope
1. Positioning
EduTrack is AIS's specialist assessment and teacher tools layer. It covers what no school management system covers: programme-specific tracking, learning analytics, EAL/SEND management, and teacher-facing intelligence. It sits alongside any school management system and does not duplicate admin functions.
2. The Problem EduTrack Solves
AIS was managing all assessment data in Excel — separate files per test, per term, per year group. Getting a picture of any student's progress meant hunting across spreadsheets, reconciling name variants, and doing comparisons by hand. Teachers spent time on data admin instead of teaching. Leadership couldn't make informed decisions because no clean view existed. Students in need of intervention weren't visible until it was too late.
3. What EduTrack Provides
Analytics (live now)
- Cohort trends — year-level and class performance over time, scale score growth, semester comparisons
- Individual student profiles — all assessments, support flags, progression history in one view
- EAL/SEND overlay — every data view filterable by support status
- Intervention signals — students below benchmark, stalled progress, overdue assessments
- School-wide search — instant access to any student across all year levels
Teacher tools (in build / planned)
- Class dashboard — at-a-glance view of your class: who's flagged, who's progressing
- Alerts & nudges — proactive signals ("3 students overdue for PAT", "Aisha has stalled on EAL for 2 terms")
- Resource library — programme materials, manuals, quick references, linked to student data
- Lesson planning aids — differentiation suggestions based on actual class data
- Report builder — auto-generate end-of-term summaries and individual student reports
- Parent comms drafting — AI-assisted, grounded in assessment data
4. Assessment Modules
Live (primary)
| Module | What it tracks | Coverage |
|---|---|---|
| PAT (ACER) | ||
| — Maths | Mathematics achievement | Foundation–Year 6 |
| — Reading | Reading comprehension | Foundation–Year 6 |
| — Science | Science achievement | Year 3–6 |
| DIBELS | Early literacy (phonics, fluency) | Year 3–6 |
| MultiLit suite | ||
| — InitiaLit | Programme description — coming soon | Foundation–Year 2 |
| — MacqLit | Programme description — coming soon | Year 3–6 |
| 1-Min Maths | Number fact speed (Westwood) | Year 1–6 |
| EAL | English as Additional Language progress | Primary |
| SEND | Learning support & diagnoses | Primary (partial) |
| Flash Academy | Reading fluency | Primary |
Known gaps
- SEND tracker data — module built, waiting on source data
- Secondary EAL — no data exists yet for Year 7–12
- MacqLit SID remapping — built, post-migration fix pending
- Full secondary analysis module — placeholder; assessment types TBD
5. Data & Infrastructure
Google Workspace integration
AIS runs on Google Education. EduTrack already authenticates via Google OAuth — staff log in with their @ais-indonesia.com account, no separate credentials. The next step extends that: class lists from Google Classroom, reports pushed to Drive, exports in Sheets format. No new logins, no friction.
Data storage
EduTrack is infrastructure-agnostic. Student data can live in Google's ecosystem, a private school-owned warehouse, or a combination of both — depending on AIS's data governance requirements and appetite for ownership. The platform adapts; the school decides where its data lives.
6. NOW / NEXT / LATER
- Full primary assessment suite (PAT, DIBELS, MultiLit suite, 1-Min Maths, EAL, Flash Academy)
- Unified student profiles
- Class and school-wide views with EAL/SEND overlays
- Google OAuth (single sign-on for all AIS staff)
- SEND module (partial — data pending)
- MultiLit data ingestion (InitiaLit digitisation, MacqLit progress tracking)
- SEND tracker (full module, waiting on source data)
- Self-service data ingestion UI (teachers upload directly, no developer needed)
- Teacher alerts & nudges
- Secondary EAL (data collection underway)
- Full secondary analysis module (Year 7–12 assessments — scope TBD)
- Resource library & lesson planning aids
- Report builder (auto-generated end-of-term reports)
- Parent comms drafting (AI-assisted)
- Google Workspace deep integration (Classroom, Drive, Sheets)
- iSmart complement layer
7. iSmart Complement future
AIS is rolling out an internal school management system (iSmart) to teachers in Semester 2 2026. EduTrack is designed to complement, not compete — iSmart handles administration (class lists, timetables, communications), EduTrack handles assessment analytics and specialist programme tracking. The two systems share no functional overlap. A data bridge between the platforms is planned, allowing class and student data to flow between systems without manual re-entry.
This section will be updated once the teacher-facing iSmart feature set is confirmed.
